Docent Program
FAQ
What does a docent do?
A docent is a volunteer who guides museum visitors and leads tours for adults and children.
I love the Amagansett Station, but there is so much I don’t know about it.
We help docents prepare for their valuable role at the museum. Just bring your enthusiasm.
My summer schedule is busy. When would I be needed?
We coordinate with all our docents to create a schedule that suits everyone during our seasonal open hours. This is a volunteer position and we value any time you can share.
